Do you really come to my home or workplace?+
Yes. Prime is fully mobile — we bring the tools, jack stands, and parts to your driveway, apartment parking lot, office lot, or roadside anywhere in the Greater Houston area. All we need is a safe, reasonably level place to work and access to the vehicle. There's no towing and no waiting room.
How far do you travel for mobile auto repair?+
We cover Houston and the surrounding communities across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston counties — including Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands and League City. If your city isn't listed, call and ask; we can usually accommodate it.
Do you supply the parts, or can I supply my own?+
Both. We source quality parts from trusted suppliers and include the cost in your quote, or we'll install parts you've already purchased. If you supply the parts, please confirm they match your exact year, make, model and trim so the appointment isn't delayed.
Is there a warranty on repairs?+
Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we stand behind our workmanship. If something isn't right after a repair we performed, call us and we'll take care of it. Ask when you call and we'll confirm the warranty terms that apply to your specific repair.
Do you work weekends or offer emergency service?+
Calls are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends. Same-day and after-hours appointments are often available for things like batteries, starters, alternators and brakes. Call and we'll tell you honestly what we can get to and when — we don't promise arrival times we can't keep.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and common mobile payment apps. Payment is due when the work is completed, and you'll receive an itemized breakdown of parts and labor.
