Estimates
Quotes are based on the information provided before the visit. If the vehicle needs additional work once inspected, we discuss it and get your approval before continuing.
Work locations
Service is performed at your home, workplace, or another safe approved location with adequate space and legal access to work on the vehicle.
Parts
We install quality parts appropriate for your vehicle. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Customer-supplied parts may limit what we can warranty.
Scheduling
Calls are accepted 24 hours. Appointment times depend on availability and travel across the Greater Houston area.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
